Devmir manufactures a wide variety of socks for US and Canadian wholesalers and manufacturers. Devmir produces private label socks with full finishing or longfold (without packaging labels or stickers). Our products can be found in Target, JC Penny, Kohls, Macy's and other department stores under a variety of brands. Devmir is currently seeking invetment capital for two specific areas of growth.

SIERRA CLUB AND MARKET NICHE PRODUCTS

In addition to a strong manufacturing expertise and competitive price points, Devmir also has a retail division which develops and markets products directly to purchasing managers at leading retail department stores.

Sierra Club – As of November 1, 2008 Devmir was granted the exclusive license for the Sierra Club brand in the category of socks. This applies to men, women and children's socks. We partnered with the Sierra Club to leverage this 100 year old, well recognized brand. With a following of over 1.6 million members, it is a powerful brand under which to launch a lasting line of natural products.

HydrySilverTM – Devmir has created its own brand of antibacterial silver. With a higher silver density throughout the sock, HydrySilver is priced competitively and is one of the most effective antibacterial socks today. The results from an independent lab confirmed that Devmir's antibacterial sock killed 94% of the bacteria that came into contact with our sock.

New Golf Sock - Devmir has also pioneered a new sock especially designed for golfers. This patent pending sock is revolutionary and will be made available to our clients early next year. The sock features uniquely engineered elements to improve a golfer's game. It is available in no show and ankle styles.

DEVMIR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

In Turkey Devmir utilizes twelve manufacturing partners to produce specific styles and special runs of socks. Our capacity is approximately 20,000 dozen/week. The styles of socks we produce include:

Ankle
No Show
Extreme no show
Toe liners
Tights

The sock lines that we manufacture range from uniform to sports to dress and specialty products like diabetic and antibacterial socks. Devmir specializes in cotton socks and also knits with bamboo, soy, 100% certified organic cotton, polyester and silver (HydrySilverTM). One of Devmir's specialties is producing socks with a hand linked toe.

Our dyeing capabilities include piece and yarn dye. Clients provide a pantone number and we match accordingly. Devmir is also capable of dyeing soy with in a 100% organic dye process, thus preserving the integrity of the soy's natural characteristics.

Devmir Dominicana, is the new planned manufacturing facility located in the Dominican Republic's Chemteck Free Trade Zone, which is located the city of San Pedro de Macoris. It will be opened during the first quarter of 2008. The specific equipment at this facility will include:

The new facility will have work to produce as soon as it is opened. We expect to outgrow this capacity withing three years with the possibility of further expansion in the Dominican Republic.
